Katie and I went to breakfast this morning and after a few cups of coffee and several minutes of wistful brain-scrambling, we decided that we would release her Waxahatchee LP ourselves. After more caffeine and complaining, we thought maybe we could put out records for a friends’ bands too. In other words, we decided to start a label!
Waxahatchee’s American Weekend will be the first release for Delta Queen Records and will be released in June of this year tentatively. Here is a peak at the artwork by our lovely pal Aimee Lusty.
